Wellsville man faces felony charge

On March 6, 2025, Deputies from  the Allegany County Sheriff�s Office, arrested MICHAEL McDONALD, AGE 44, OF 2867 Larchwood Drive Wellsville, NY for Assault in the 2^nd degree (Class D Felony) for an incident which occurred on 02/22/2025 at the Allegany County Jail when McDONALD allegedly attacked another incarcerated individual with intent to cause physical injury. McDONALD will be arraigned in CAP on 03/07/2025 .
