2/26/25 10:03 a.m.- After investigating an animal
complaint in the town of Alma, state police arrested Norma J. Button, 29, of
Albion. She was charged with two counts of torturing or injuring animals and
two counts of neglect of an impounded animal. A court appearance is pending.
